Want to schedule a banquet with Ginger Babies? We make the process simple!
Here is a brief outline of our reservation process:
- Contact us at Ginger Babies, either by phone at 717-246-6300 or by email at info@gingerbabies.com to check the availability of your desired date.
- After we establish the date for your event, we can then either over the phone, or at a scheduled appointment, discuss menu options, budget requirements, and answer any other questions that you may have.
- We then will send you a proposal via email for your approval. If the proposal meets your approval, we will follow that up with a written contract which will need to be signed and returned along with a deposit equaling 25% of the total party amount.
- Only after the receipt of your signed contract and deposit, can we place you on our permanent banquet schedule.
- We then require that you touch base with us 2 weeks before the event to finalize the head count, itinerary and any necessary final arrangements.
- Finally, payment of the outstanding balance is due the day of the event or before. Cash or checks are both accepted.
