Want to schedule a banquet with Ginger Babies? We make the process simple!

Here is a brief outline of our reservation process:

  1. Contact us at Ginger Babies, either by phone at 717-246-6300 or by email at info@gingerbabies.com to check the availability of your desired date.

  2. After we establish the date for your event, we can then either over the phone, or at a scheduled appointment, discuss menu options, budget requirements, and answer any other questions that you may have.

  3. We then will send you a proposal via email for your approval. If the proposal meets your approval, we will follow that up with a written contract which will need to be signed and returned along with a deposit equaling 25% of the total party amount.

  4. Only after the receipt of your signed contract and deposit, can we place you on our permanent banquet schedule.

  5. We then require that you touch base with us 2 weeks before the event to finalize the head count, itinerary and any necessary final arrangements.

  6. Finally, payment of the outstanding balance is due the day of the event or before. Cash or checks are both accepted.
